Robert came to real estate from a decade long career with Florida Power & Light, Inc where he held many positions of increasing responsibility in his tenure. When he voluntarily left FPL, to pursue a career in real estate, he was Director of Human Resources for FPL with responsibility for over 1000 employees in 26 states. Since entering real estate in 2006, he has completed several commercial and residential transactions totaling more than $100 million dollars and gained the designation of CCIM. In that time, he has also built the firm into the leading full service real estatecompany and the number 1 auction company in Florida. His expertise in all facets of real estate are of a value to his clients. Robert also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a MBA. He serves as COASTALVEST"S Senior Commercial investment Advisor.
Karl received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern University. Karl put his sales and finance background to work as the sales manager for the Northeastern United States while at Tech Data Corp for 10 years. He was responsible for over thirty (30) million dollars of sales annually. After building his residential business, Karl saw a need for a new type of sales strategy and partnered to grow the firm into a leading full service real estate firm and the leading Florida real estate auction firm in closings. In 2010, Karl was hired by Blackstone (Invitation Homes) to amass the largest protfolio of single family homes under one owner is U.S. History. Assisting in the deploymnte of over $1 BILLION dollars in single family home purchases. He serves as COASTALVEST"S Senior Single Family Home Investment Advisor.
After attending American University in Washington D.C. with a concentration in International Business, Alex began his career as a Financial Advisor with Multi Financial Securities, a division of ING. His background in financial planning allows him to provide real estate clients with a unique perspective toward financing, affordability and investment quality — something traditional agents can’t provide. Pursuant to his financial planning career, Alex spent nearly a decade in the Internet software industry specializing in Web-based client service and communications for global investment firms. First, he was Vice President of Sales with LightPort Inc. and then Vice President of Global Sales with Correctnet Inc. Alex routinely negotiated multi-million-dollar software contracts with C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies such as Goldman Sachs, Fidelity Investments, TD Ameritrade, etc. Alex speaks German and French fluently and studied for 6 years in Switzerland, France and Germany. For Alex, real estate has always been a passion.
He has been investing in Florida real estate since 1998, having built and renovated several waterfront homes, condos and estate homes. Alex turned his passion into a full-time career by becoming a licensed Realtor and founding Coastal Properties Group International. Coastal Properties Group International, one of the area’s most successful and fastest growing real estate brokerages in Pinellas County, is an invitation-only boutique brokerage made up exclusively of multi-million dollar producers. He currently serves as a Board Member overseeing COASTALVEST's investment strategy and execution.
